Founded by friends and seasoned restaurateurs Matt Lovell and Rob Hampton, thirty7 is a neighbourhood restaurant and bar on Bedford Street in Covent Garden, offering an all-day brasserie-style menu led by Head Chef Maria Deligianni. With a focus on seasonal British produce and bold, ingredient-driven cooking, the menu brings together comforting flavours and thoughtful, imaginative plates.

We’re open from 12pm to 9pm Tuesday to Saturday in the restaurant, with the bar open until 11pm. On Sundays, we’re open from 12pm to 8pm. Closed on Mondays.

Our menu

Led by Head Chef Maria Deligianni, our menu is a celebration of seasonal British produce and expressive, ingredient-led cooking. Influenced by Maria’s upbringing on the southern Greek coast and shaped by her experience across international kitchens, the food at thirty7 is both grounded and imaginative - a fresh take on brasserie-style dining that blends comfort with creativity.
