About Us

Brought to you by the founders of critically acclaimed seafood restaurant, The Oystermen, thirty7 Restaurant + Bar is a brand new all-day dining concept in the heart of Covent Garden. Led by three core values of provenance, sustainability and old fashioned hospitality, thirty7 offers a diverse brasserie-style menu that celebrates the use of fresh ingredients.

The concept

Blending culinary influences from New York, Paris and beyond, the menu at thirty7 offers a range of dishes designed to celebrate the use of fresh ingredients that are both comforting and innovative. Head Chef, Grant Clark, joins thirty7 via iconic East Village restaurant, Hearth; Angela Harnett’s Cafe Murano and Jason Atherton’s Harrods Social.

The wine list

Akin to the brimming shelves at Bedford Street Wines (Matt and Rob’s wine bar and bottle shop, which is just a few yards up the street from thirty7) our wine list and bar menus are centred around liquids from small producers, family-run vineyards and craft breweries.

The basement bar

Hidden in the basement of thirty7, you will find a cosy bar with soft seating and walls decorated in gig posters reminiscent of London’s most iconic music venues, many of which have now closed down. The basement bar is a perfect spot for drinks or somewhere to extend the evening after dinner in our restaurant. Please get in touch if you’re interested in hiring the space for private events.
